Dawn, founder of Ven Ray Inc., began her real estate journey more than a decade ago as an investor, flipping homes and purchasing properties through tax sales. Seeing buyers struggle with inadequate representation and limited financing options inspired her to become a licensed Realtor. With firsthand property knowledge and strong relationships with lenders, she wanted to help buyers make informed decisions and find a clearer path to ownership.

After earning her license, Dawn focused primarily on new construction, working closely with a strategic builder. This experience deepened her understanding of land, development, and the building process—from the ground up—and strengthened her vision of becoming a broker and opening her own firm.

Determined to build a well-rounded foundation, Dawn expanded her experience into commercial real estate, vacation rentals, multifamily properties, and international sales. Her commercial experience complements her background in investing and development, giving her a broader understanding of properties that serve both business and investment goals.

Today, Dawn brings that diverse perspective to Venray Inc., pairing an investor’s understanding with a commitment to personal service, clear communication, and thoughtful representation.
